What are credits and leads?

Simply put:  1 credit = 1 person (aka "lead") that we process

Think of it this way:

  • You upload a CSV with 25 people/leads in it
  • Warmer generates personalizations for each of those 25 leads
  • That equals 25 credits

Warmer writes  5 different personalization options per lead. This means you get 5 unique personalizations for the price of 1, meaning better value for you
